Transportation
By train: There is a fast train connection to Brussels-Midi from Amsterdam, Paris, Köln & London. Brussels to Leuven there’s a 35 minutes train leaving at regular intervals.
By car: Leuven is a 30 minute drive from Brussels; less than an hour from Liège, Charleroi, Genk, Namur and Antwerp; a little over an hour from Gent and Lille and two hours from Luxembourg.
Parking in the streets is limited (max. 2 hours). There is a big underground parking (Parking Philipssite): weekends and evenings: € 1 per hour with a max of € 5 per 12 hours.
By air: The airports of Zaventem (20 minutes) and Charleroi (1 hour) are quite close to Leuven as well.
Bus in Leuven: There is a good connection between the station (bus stop "Station Leuven") and the venue (bus stop "Sportoase, Leuven"). Plan your route online.
